Yep I did..and it had to happen.
140lb assisted squats 8 reps 3x
lunges with an 18 lb bar ..
leg presses 170 lbs.
leg curls 65lbs.
Am I insane? I did them and could do at least 8 reps with each..
I can't lower my azz to the toilet!

You could do AT LEAST 8 reps on each? How many sets? You are one strong lady!

3 sets of each..the lunges were the hardest by far since I had to put a bar on my shoulders
I always said I'm not that smart but I can lift heavy things!
My upper body is a whole other story.
Lowering my azz to the toilet is my dread right now.
