Lemonade for DD's Party - Make it or buy it? (Poll)
Okay, so I had this grandiose idea that for DD's Strawberry Themed Party, I was going to make strawberry lemonade...
But as time gets closer, and I realize the amount of other things I need to get done, on top of the fact that the day before, we are having a memorial service for my Grandmother and the Fire Department's Annual Seafood Party is that night and my whole family is going....the more I think maybe I should just get Countrytime mix or something and save myself the hassle...
What do you think? What would you do?
I do not have a juicer, if that makes a difference, nor have I ever made lemonade before. I have several recipes, but I haven't tried them....
I was also thinking about getting lemonade mix and adding the fresh strawberries....

A juicer makes a difference when making lemonade in quantity. A decent electric juicer will only cost you about $50.
I love homemade lemonade and really hate the powdered stuff.. so my vote is always going to be homemade.
Alternative is to skip it altogether.. or buy cartons of Newman's Own (which is good) and put it in a container with lots of strawberries.

Ohh....the Newman's Own is a good idea! I've had that before, and it is pretty good...I could add the strawberry mix and some sliced lemons!!
Anyone else??
I WANT to make it myself, it's just that with limited time, trying to make enough for 50 people and having never made it before (not to mention not having a juicer / time to GET a juicer)...I'm nervous...

Get a bunch of cartons, throw in strawberries, put it in pretty pitchers and call it a day!
