Lentil Soup Rave and Recipe!
Yumm! Yumm! Yumm! It was so good and so easy
Ingredients:
1 c Lentils (Rinsed) *do not soak*
1 can diced tomatoes *do not drain*
6 c chicken broth
1 1/2 c chopped onion
1 c chopped carrots
1 garlic cloved (minced)
Bring chicken broth and lentils to a boil for approximately 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, saute onion and garlic.
Add onion, garlic, carrots, and diced tomatoes to lentils and chicken broth.
Simmer for 30 minutes!
YUMMY!! DH and I are also on WW and I can't imagine this being anymore than 1 point per serving.

i put it in the build a recipe on the ww website, and if it's 4 servings=2 pts. and if its 6 servings=1 pt
