LESLIE CALLED! I wrote about Bare Minerals in my magazine
...and I got a call from the owner's (Leslie Blodgett, from the infomercial!) rep saying that Leslie loved what I wrote, is going to call me herself to thank me (I feel like I would totally recognize that voice) and they are sending me a box of goodies to thank me! Yay! It pays to write nice things! :)
update! LOL!
And I was in the bathroom! DAMN! She left a message....saying she loves the magazine and it was so cool to read and that I should call her back b/c she wants to send me more....LOL...she left me her number but I got voicemail. Oh well. I saved the message like a TOTAL dork. What's the first thing my boss says when I tell him the news? "Great. See if they'll advertise."

I do use them....not as much as before, but I do. I work at FitnessRx for Women; we just had Kim Kardashian on the cover....we also publish Muscular Development and FitnessRx for Men. The next issue we feature Jackie from Work Out. Her interview is awesome!
