Dude. This guy works at Independence Mall in Philly. He lived in the apartment building I lived in a few years ago, and man oh man, he was the grumpiest, meanest, crankiest old bugger I've ever met!!

That is so funny, I never pictured him as a grumpy old man! Yeah, this time of year he's probably rolling in the dough, he's always at the Welcome America Celebration- maybe he's excited about meeting Hall & Oates.
