Let talk Car Harness??
Jeff and I and Otis are going on a road trip in 2 weeks and we want to get him a car harness recommendation's? He is a pug but a good size one. Any input would be great!!

you're better off with a crate. god forbid you're in an accident, he's protected. those harnesses are used more for every day use rather than long distance

We use a car seat for Katie. She can see out the window this way. ETA: She wears a harness that attaches to the seat belt.

IMAGE Lookout Car Seat I like this option as well. Loki does very well in them and he is hyper normally in the car. They have them rated for different sizes. You can even get a padded harness if you are worried about skin chafing on Otis.

We use this one from Petco for our dog. She's about 20 pounds. The seatbelt goes through a slot in the back. We took our dog on a road trip down South and this worked great. I liked that it had padding because she was in it for so long.
