Let the battle begin!!!
Basically, in the past, i have been successful in losing 50 pounds twice.
I have also been successful in putting it back
it's getting out of hand, and i need to do something -- i'm probably the heaviest i have ever been
i know what to do and how to do it, doing it seems to be my problem.
I started today and am determined that I am going to do the weight battle one more time. This time, I'm losing it, for good.

sounds great should we do a new post for Weight Loss Buddies? You can be the Weight Loss Guru! Maybe others want to join. We can post our goal as far as how much we want to lose and take it from there. Depending on how many join then we can buddy up?! I'm soo excited!   <----that looks good right now!
