Let the fun begin ...Q for Experienced moms
My poor angel has started teething & she was up every hour last night crying out in pain. The Hylands work but just for an hour or so (last night) & then I gave her Tylenol & that knocked her out for 2 hours. Poor mommy is going to be sleepwalking through work today....I hope the kids aren't wound up at school (but I know they will be.)
How long does the crying go on for? Is it just till the tooth cuts all the way? Any tips/tricks to soothe them?
Will my nights be like this for the next year? Experienced mommies...help

The thing is, it hurts until the tooth grows in. But then another tooth grows in...its A vicious cycle!!!
I have no advice as my son just seemed to grow teeth...but I wish you lots and lots of luck!!!

when Jacob is cutting a tooth, he cries for days at a time. We give him Tylenol and put Orajel on his gums but that doesnt always work

Re: Let the fun begin ...Q for Experienced moms
I finally got my happy baby back this morning after 2+ weeks of crying and being up at night. Motrin helps more than Tylenol for 6 months+ but sometimes even that is not enough. They are comforted when you hold them but other than that it's a waiting game. Hang in there!!
