Let's take bets-update
I am wearing a white shirt today. How long do you think it will be until I spill something on myself or get myself a big ole stain right on my boob?
Just to help you figure the odds, I am a stain magnet. Most of my wardrobe is black for many reasons and this is one of them.
Drinking iced coffee right now.
Update: Had sushi with soy sauce (boy I'm brave)..no spillage..
I'm clean..
there are 5 more hrs to go in my day here though..

you can do this...do you have a sweater or jacket to protect the shirt?? i keep a sweatshirt at work

with me it's not so much of a white / light colored issue... whenever I happen to wear one of my nicer outfits, I NEVER FAIL to spill something on myself

Both DH and I are spillers (DH more than me though), we've both taken to carrying around a Tide to Go Pen.

I tried the shout wipes and they ruined a shirt for me. My co-worker has the Tide pen and she is raving about it.
