let's talk about pole dancing classes...
i found a place by me and i'm going with my gym buddy.
so i'm excited to go but i only have one question:
what the heck do I wear to this?!?

I depends on the type of class it is. Where I go, it's a very cardio-based workout so I'd say wear what you would to a pilates or yoga class.

I can't search at work but i think that if you search on LIF that you'll find threads about it on diet and fitness.
