When did you start using it with your baby? Did you start them sitting all the way up or laying down?

Around 3 months we started using it for long walks, but still used the snap n go for quick outings. Around 6 months we pretty much were using the city mini all the time. We sat her up from the beginning or if she was tired we'd lay her down.
