Let's talk highchairs...

OK... so in just 3 short weeks I am going be feeding Jordana solid food. So now I need to get a high chair.

The few moms I know have the Prima Pappa from Peg Perego and love it. But I thought I would check out what else is out there. Any suggestions?

Peg Perego Primma Pappa fan here. My mom has the Baby Trend at her house and its nice as well but I just don't like the fabric. I think if you are going to use it everyday you should be able to wipe the whole thing down....

I have the Prima Pappa and have yet to set it up. Shelly, how many ounces is Jordana eating now. Luka has 5 70z bottles and the dr. doesnt want to start him until he is 6 months but I was thinking of doing at 5 months also. She knows that he is getting 7oz at each feeding.

We were given the Eddie Bauer one as a gift but exchanged it for Chicco Polly and are happy with it! DD is still on my milk only but we sit her in it and she seems to like it Chat Icon

Jordana takes 2 bottles around 6-7 oz during the day. I nurse her the rest of the time. My doctor told me 5 months was a good time to start.

I can tell you that I DO NOT like my Eddie Bauer wooden high chair. It looks nice but has little functionality.

I have two of them they are really comfortable. DS has fallen asleep several times in it sometimes while sleeping.

I agree and this is why we exchanged for Chicco Polly.

I have the Fisher Price Easy Clean one. I just put it together today. I like that it has a vinyl seat cushion and it has an attachment on the back to hold baby wipes. My sister always used wipes to clean the baby after meals so I liked that feature.

Re: Let's talk highchairs...

i have the peg perego and i LOVE it...be sure what ever high chair you buy, get a VINYL SEAT they are easy to clean...i wipe bellas highchair so quickly with a disinfecting wipe and it doesnt get stained verses a fabric one that you would have to wash in the washing machine.

We have the same one; affordable, comfortable, and it definitely is easy to clean. Love it!
