Let's talk KALE! (as in, the leafy-green veggie)

Does anyone have a great way of preparing this?

I had it at a restaurant recently for the first time in my life...... not positive but I think it was done with EVOO, salt & pepper, and not sure what else but it was very simple. BUT the kale had a crunchy texture to it! It was divine!! Do you think they did this in the saute pan?

I actually like something healthy so I would love to make it at home -- has anyone done this??

I've roasted Kale, spraying olive oil with kosher salt and coarse blk pepper. It's yummy and crispy however, I can't get it to stay crispy. I tried to save leftover "kale chips" and they were soggy the next day.

I tear it up, put it on a stoneware pan (any baking sheet will do), spray with misto with olive oil (pam will do), sprinkle on garlic and red pepper flakes. It comes out like chips. Sometimes I add this to pasta to give it a crunchy add on.

I love it in soup.. My mom makes a soup with kale and kielbasa.. Sooooo good! I'll try to get the recipe on here later.

I usually just sautee with olive oil, salt, pepper & lots of garlic. then towards the end I'll add a can of cannelini beans...Dh who does not eat many veggies gobbles it up!

My parents make it by sauteeing it in lots of garlic and olive oil, then adding red pepper flakes and a small can of tomato sauce. It is so delicious and spicy!

I made it in the skillet one night and then in the oven the other.

Came out great both times but I like the oven a little better because it makes it a little bit more crispy.

Either way, I just love it -- all it needs is a bit of garlic, EVOO, and S&P.

Delicious! This is a new fave! Thanks!
