Let's talk "Lunch Peer Pressure"
I try to be good but there's always SOMEBODY that guilts me into ordering lunch and then I end up eating more than I intended or something bad. I don't mean to sound whiney but I HATE THIS! I had a perfectly good, small homemade chicken soup with me and because someone in the office couldn't order alone, i got guilted into ordering lunch which was a large portion and not the light lunch I had hoped for. Give it to me....am I a wuss?!

No, I started talking lunch often and that's how I do portion control. Then there are the people who don't eat at all..now that's nuts!

It's ridiculous. I'll be good all day and they won't take no for an answer........."oh cmon, just one piece....one piece won't hurt you...it's only 5,000 calories!" lol

I normally will say, sorry but I brought my own lunch, maybe next time.
Tell them you're saving money, dieting, and it's none of their business. I don't know where you work but if you need more people to order in, go out and pick it up!
