Lets talk...Humidifiers

Is this what you use when you wake up in the morning, dried out as can be? Like, I feel sometimes that my tongue and gums have formed one part!

What one do you recommend?

And, is it going to totally defeat the purpose if we have the window open or cracked?

Yes, that's what you need. I have the vicks one you buy at the drug store. It's pretty good. it wasn;t working well and they sent me a new one, no questions asked. Cracking a window won't defeat the purpose, but it will make it less effective.
