Letter From Toyota
We leased 2 cars over the last 8 months. I get a letter in the mail from the credit company they run their apps with.
the letter states that at this time they cannot offer me credit and have X'd out Experian where they sent this information!
What/???!!!!!!!!
I got two cars from you numbskulls...my credit is fine!
I called and the woman I spoke to said it was a computer error..computer error my arse..I need written confirmation that this is not the case..she said she will bring it up at the meeting and send me a letter.
I will call her and hound her everyday until I see that freakin letter!

I recently got a letter from Citibank like that
I had my husband run my credit at work- which had gone UP
I was so mad- I really let them have it

yep, I opened up a can of whoopazz on them big time. She apologized, but until I have a letter in writing, I won't be satisfied.
I am also going to call Experian.

Experian is having a problem - some sort of computer glitch. My Mom is having a similar issue with them.
Let me know if you get anyone over there. She's been unable to speak to a live human being.
