I don't want to alarm anyone but these sex offenders are everywhere. Is there something about this particular address that is in violation? Is it near a school or something ?

I agree. At least with registered sex offenders you know to avoid them. I think the real danger to the average community member is those that have never been caught - coaches, teachers, friends and family. I'm not saying that I want a registered offender next door or anything but rather that we shouldn't let our guard down or feel comfortable just because one isn't registered in your area.

This exactly.
We have a rapist a block over. Disgusts me, and I guarantee his neighbors have no idea. The neighbors that let their kids play outside unsupervised.

I live about 1/2 mile from here also, being so close to high school, that is scary. I wonder if they send note home to parents. I know the school gets a notice.
