If you go on there site you will read about what the kids do in each level. Julia stopped going after level 5, it was the gym class.

Julia loved it, I stopped after level 5 because I wanted her in more structured classes.

My DS is in level 4 now. The teacher has an agenda, though most of the kids have their own! Our teacher has a topic each week - things that are round, opposites, fast vs. slow, etc. She demonstrates each topic with toys and the gym equipment. But my kid just rounds around the gym. They pass out different toys (balls, bean bags, etc), blow bubbles, do the parachute and sing songs. My son enjoys it.

Yup, this was the same for Julia's classes too! Julia did her own thing though when she got to level 5 which made me leave and try something new.
