Level II is set for tomorrow!! and a ?
what should I expect at the sono tomorrow? Is it an internal sono?

Expect to be amazed!!! It is sooooo awesome! And very long and detailed. They measure just about every part of the baby right down to the chambers of the heart. And if you want to, you get to find out the sex of the baby.
And it is definitely external!

Shouldn't be internal. Just a nice, long, external sono where they measure the baby and tell you how big s/he is and you can find out the gender if you don't already know. You will love it! Have fun!

I just had mine yesterday. It is much longer than a regualr sono and it is done on the belly.
The tech will basically take a million and one measurements. It took about an hour for mine....little peanut was very active and would move just as the tech got the right position.
You will get some amazing pictures.

They did internal on me for a second, I forget why. the rest of it was on the belly.
