I'm in Bethpage, but we use Dr. Levine and Dr. Honningman on Hempstead Tnpk in the shopping center with Kohls, Best Buy, etc. I was referred through my friend who has 3 kids and goes there.

ProKids LLP in the CVS shopping center on Wantagh Ave. 2 years and no complaints! 
516-520-7750 - It's a practice of about 5 docs - we've seen them all and they all have taken care of my son really well!
