Liam is 8 months old today!
Boy how time flies!
He's grabbing everything that he can these days. From the remote to the spoon I feed him with, to anything else he can get his hands on. He can roll but doesn't do it all the time at home (then again we don't do tummy time at home alot since I know he does it at daycare and by the time I get him home, change, feed, bathe him it's time for bed. Plus lately he's been falling asleep at 7pm in my arms!) He can sit up on his own about 80% - the other day I was behind him with my legs out on the floor and he was sitting between me but there was space in the middle so I wasn't propping him up, and he played with his blocks for an hour by himself! He now LOVES taking a bath, LOVES his "beep beep" (our word for his exersaucer which is a little car) and his Jumperoo. He's gotten lots more animated over the past few weeks - loves to play peek a boo, and give hugs and do "horsey" on our laps.
As far as solids - he's on stage 2 now, I am going to start plain yogurt this week. I am going to do egg yolks next week. I gave him some gerber puffs but he ins't interested in eating them yet, even though he has 6 teeth (2 on top and 4 on bottom).
Don't you wish they can stay this age forever?!?
