Lifetime WW members-
Are you still weighing on every wk?
is there a plus to doing so? Or a negative? I understand that if i went above my goal weight, I pay until I lose it. They allow a once a month weigh in.
I felt like I had a bad wk but I did weigh myself last nite and was down. I own a ww scale.
Today is normally my weigh in day.

Yes, I am lifetime and I still weigh in every week. I am not at goal because I stopped going to the meetings when I reached lifetime. I am working my way back now. The plus to going every week is that it keeps you in check and in the right frame of mind. Congrats on making lifetime!

Re: Lifetime WW members-
I'm a lifetime member for almost a year now. I've only been weighing in 1x per month.
To me, its much easier and less stressful. I used to stress so much about my Sunday morning weigh in that I felt I couldn't just indulge. Now that I only have to weigh in once a month, I let myself indulge alot more, since I know I have time before I have to weigh in.
The most I've gained in one month is 2.4 lbs, but I lost it over the course of the next 2 months.

I have been a lifetime member for almost 2 years now. I suggest weighing in a few times a month. The benefit of weighing in is that it keeps you on track. Maintenance had been much harder than the actual weight loss. If you dont weigh in you have a better chance of letting things go.

Re: Lifetime WW members-
I weigh in once a month. Like the others said it takes away the stress associated with having to weigh in every week. I LOVE being able to eat breakfast, shower and have a normal morning when attending a meeting because I wouldn't do those things otherwise.
However, everyone is different and weighing in every week may work better for you. You have to be honest with yourself and decide what you can handle.
I should also say, I probably couldn't get away with weighing in once a month if I didn't work for weight watchers. I work as a receptionist (I only fill in once or twice a month). The biggest reason for me doing this is because of the mandatory monthly weigh-in. I know I have to mail in my weight slip every month and that keeps me honest. I don't know if I would be so good about weighing in if I only had to do so for myself.
