lifting while pregnant
i am approx 5-6 weeks, my first obgyn is 11/27/06. I work in a deli and need to know how much weight i can safely lift. please help thanks

As part of my job requirements, I must be able to lift 50 pounds- and my doctor has cleared me to work.

i work for a distributor and i spend most of my time in supermarket bakerys and i have been lifting maybe 25-30lbs still i am 18 weeks. i was always lifting this much so my doctor said it was okay for now... def not towards the real end of my preg... it's just starting to get hard
