Lightweight stroller help (City Mini/Maclaren/Other)
Right now we use the snap and go and I love it!
For my birthday, my dad and sister are buying me a lightweight stroller. I originally wanted the City Mini (2011) but I have heard that the biggest complaint with the City Mini is that the seat does not sit straight up. So now I am considering a Maclaren umbrella stroller.
Which lightweight stroller do you have and what are the pros and cons of your stroller?
TIA!!!

Re: Lightweight stroller help
we have the chicco lightway
pro- price ($120), seat reclines easily, sits up straight, comes with a parent cupholder, folds easily and is light
con- basket could be a little bigger

We have this too, and so far I love it...I love that it reclines all the way back. I agree the basket is a little small but most of the time I put my bag on the handle.

Re: Lightweight stroller help (City Mini/Maclaren/Other)
I have the city mini 2011 and a maclaren.
I use them both a lot!
My issue with the Maclaren are that the way the wheels fold up make the canopy dirty very quickly. I keep a small towel in basket and cover the wheels with it when I fold it up. It's very light and easy when I'm alone and going on the subway or up steps. It's great for traveling. DD seems comfortable.
The city mini is great too. It's light- but not as light as the maclaren. I like the easy fold when I'm alone! DD seems comfortable in that as well. Great for long walks- love the extended canopy for sun shade or when she's napping.
I have yet to find a stroller with a good basket (other than the snap & go)! I use the mommy hooks.
