You usually have to bring your own. Most do not provide carseats

I think the name of the company we just used is US Limo. They provided a carseat. We just had to install it ourselves when the limo came.

Ask the company you plan to use - we had them for our wedding five years ago and the limo company provided them (Dynasty).
