Where does everyone get their email addresses from?! Do they give them to you personally? I only got Dr. B's address from his website and here on LIF... he never actually "gave" it to me 
Tho I've used it several times

I got it from his card the day of my consultation (a year ago  ) and he told me to email him any questions...etc.
I have Sandra's because she emailed me once about something. I assume she got my email from Dr.B

Thanks everyone!  I do remember getting his card the 1st time I went there... guess I forgot about his email address being on it 
Everyone there has always said to just call the office if I had a question --I only heard about emailing Sandra, Linda and Judy from all of you
