We are looking for one there too since we are looking to buy there. When I was a kid I went to DR. Rakowska she's on sunrise HWY. I loved her she's an incredibly smart woman. HTH

i live in lindenhurst...i dont know any pediatricians in lindy but we go to Dr George in west islip and love it there! they are right on higbie lane...takes less than 10 min to get there from Lindenhurst. They were highly reccomended by a few friends AND my gynocologist (whom i LOVE and trust) my gyno takes his own kids to dr george's office, so i felt comfortable with his opinion.
hope this helps! FM if you want their # (there are 3 other amazing drs at that practice as well)
also...DD had the stomach virus tues and when i called the drs office, they were SO great over the phone and really cared and was concerned and told me what to do (and it worked) ..in the past, i had a pediatricians office who had a busy practice and did not feel any connection with them.
