Service is temporarily suspended on the Main Line between Mineola and Hicksville due to brush fires adjacent to the tracks in Hicksville and Carle Place.

arghhhhhhhh...Im so tried of the same line always being out of service!!
Yesterday my DH and I worked from home because there were no trains on the Ronkonkoma line for like 2 hours!! I was not going to do a 4 hour commute!!

UPDATE
Main Line service between Mineola and Hicksville has been restored and is operating on schedule. Service was temporarily suspended earlier due to brush fires adjacent to the tracks in Hicksville and Carle Place.

Weird, there was a brush fire on the Port Washington line last night during rush hour. Total pain!
I parked in Hicksville today, so I'm glad service is restored.

The 1:09 PM train from Huntington to NY is operating 40 minutes late due to the earlier brush fire and medical aid for a customer at Mineola.And another update
