LIRR Delays - Babylon and Montauk Lines

Babylon and Montauk Branch Customers:
Westbound service has been suspended on the Babylon branch and eastbound service is experiencing delays of 20 to 30 minutes. Some trains may be canceled and combined. This is due to an unauthorized person on the tracks being struck by a train at Bellmore.

I am on one of these trains right now. Sitting at Baldwin. 
I wish they would have just prevented us from leaving Penn because they knew about the passenger being struck before we left Penn. I would have taken a Bethpage train instead of being stuck on this for the last 30 minutes.
Now overhearing a passenger saying there may have been a fatality. We'll see when the report comes out.

My friend is on your train and called to tell me b/c we're supposed to have dinner with him and his DW tonight to break Passover at 8:30 (mmm..bread and pasta... ).
I called DH, who is on the 6:36 from Penn, and he had no idea - they left on time. I don't imagine he will get too far.

My DH just called that he is at Woodside and all Babylon trains have been canceled due to someone being hit at Bellmore!

Train is finally moving. They say first four cars won't stop at Bellmore.

Hmmm...DH said that they haven't stopped yet and just passed St. Alban's.
