list of things for a party
help me figure out what i'm going to need for this party. its the first one ever in our new house and we have about 20 or so of our friends coming. its new years so of course we'll need some cheesy noise makers. i've got food (which is costing an arm and a leg from what i can see  ) and i've got booze (which i don't mind spending money on..lol) what else should i get.

those little things that shoot out streamers
those things you blow into that shoot out paper
balloons - metallic new year's colors
i would check out cedarhurst paper or party hardy - they always have tons of stuff. even target or something might have nice, cheap decorations.

paper plates

plastic silverwear (spoons, forks, knives)
plastic cups - enough for 3 for each person
noise makers
hats?
2009 glasses?
decorations - happy new year sign, streamers
stuff to clean up alcohol stains

Depending on how you're serving the food trays and sternos - if you're doing a buffet and having food that needs to be kept hot.
