If you open an account with a link a realtor sent you, does that somehow imply or obligate you to use this agent for any home you see on there?

I don't think so--at one point I was on listingbook emails from 6 different realtors! So long as you didn't sign anything with the realtor, it's basically just a cleaner form of MLSLI.

It doesn't bind you to anything with them; however, they can see everything that you look at on there - sometimes they'll bug you to get your business though
