literature bags?
Does anyone use these in their classroom? Do you find that the kids like them and get something out of them? Can you imagine it working in some fashion in a whole school?

Re: literature bags?
I used themed literature bags when I did Kindergarten. Another teacher had written a grant to create them. I liked them and thought it was great for the kiddos. Eventually, they ended up in the basement..but I kinda liked them.

Re: literature bags?
Thanks. I'm the enrichment teacher for the bldg and trying to envision a way to make this work. Not just including a notebook in the bag with resources, but differentiated activities for the kids to choose from... In my mind I see it working best with 1-3, but some people suggested it might work better with upper grades. Curious about everyone's experiences.

Re: literature bags?
Our bags had differentiated things such as projects/follow ups/book lists. etc.
I always got relatively positive feedback from parents. I think they could work for K-3. I dont have any experience with them at any higher level, but I am 4th, and am not sure if Id do them.
