Thanks! Yes, it's a rubbermaid, I cut a hole in the front. Mine like to kick the litter all over, this really cut down on the mess because the sides are so high.

I looked into these once, aren't they very expensive?
We have ours out in the open too, our bathroom is too small for the litterbox.

Wow, I never even new they made furniture for this!!!
That is an awesome idea - my cat is such a piggy - he gets litter all over the place.

I'm a HUGE fan of litter boxes as furniture. We got ours from Cat Litter Furniture
We got the darkest one to match our living room furniture. It's actually in the foyer of our apt with two large vases with bamboo plants. No one ever realizes that it's a litter box!

How big was the box for the white one?? I absolutely love those and need one desperately as I am at my wits end with both my cats and the bloody litterbox. I wonder if the box is small enough for my sister to bring to me when she visits...
