"living space"?
What exactly does it mean...just the main floor or does it include the upstairs and basement? Dh and I are both clueless

or closets. i know thats dumb to add but if you want to get the exact square footage you cant include closet space.

Living space also does not include where you cannot walk straight up (i.e. slopped ceiliings).
I always brought a tape measure with me while house hunting.
