locking in a rate
it is at 5.5% for us today I heard Tuesdays and Fridays it is lower - do you think we should wait?
WHY OH WHY can't I get my darn 5.0% back!!!

We locked in our refi rate on Friday at 4.875, but thats with a 15-day lock and buying a point. I think Citi was at 5.125 today?
