The concert starts at 8 though. Never heard of the band, so I don't know if they're any good.
Scott - yes, it's the craft fair on the boardwalk. The other one at Town Hall was a few weeks ago.

The evening will begin at 8pm with a live concert on the beach by local group, T’Bazco Road, who will perform their New Orleans-style blend of blues, honky-tonk piano and funky rhythms. The bandstand will be set up on the beach between Long Beach Boulevard and Riverside Boulevard.
Dont forget to bring you beach chair or beach blanket!
The event will begin with a concert at 8:00pm on the beach between Long Beach Boulevard and Riverside Boulevard. The Fireworks display by Bay Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:00pm from a barge in the ocean and can be seen throughout the City.
Over 200 Craft and Food vendors will line the boardwalk at the City of Long Beach annual Arts & Crafts Show on July 7 & 8, 2007 from 9:00am to 7:00pm. The Show takes place on the boardwalk from Edwards Boulevard to Long Beach Boulevard. Call 516-431-1000 for more information.
