Long Drives while Pregnant
Has anyone traveled by driving while they were pregnant. We are driving down to Florida this upcoming weekend. Besides making sure that I am stretching and stuff, anyone have any advice?

Florida, WOW! I'm driving up to Binghamton this weekend and am dreading it! I've read to wear loose, comfy clothing and keep yourself hydrated.

I drove from Florida to Philly for my shower. We needed to bring our truck so we could bring the loot back with us! lol Luckily I flew home.
I was 30 weeks. Make sure you stay hydrated because you don't want contractions and also be prepped with things to clean bathrooms because if you get stuck in traffic or in a spot with no bathrooms your going to use whatever you can. I carried TP and Lysol wipes in my purse.
I had bad siatiaca so I won't lie to you it pretty much sucked but luckily we drove straight and Dh basically drove. The only really bad thing was we drove at night and alot of places had their bathrooms locked up at night...

when we did long drives the doctor said to stop often to empty my bladder and to stretch my legs besides that he said it was fine.
