I joined the other day. It is a site in which a merchant will discount something only if enough people are willing to purchase it at the discounted price. I just signed up so I'm not exactly sure how this will work, but I think that is the concept.

I do this for the Manhattan one and it rocks! I have gotten discounts for salons, restaurants, and even pottery classes. It is great!!!
