Long shot: All American Handyman?
A guy I went to high school with is on the show, so I'm watching and rooting for him... Just wondering if anyone else (or their DH's) are watching. It's on HGTV.

We watch.
We joke how long it's going to be on the air since it seems every week they get rid of 3 or more people. It's like the series is only going to be 4 weeks long. 
And it seems like they did all of their recruiting on Long Island. Which guy do you know?

funny, i just caught this last night because I couldn't sleep and it was a pretty good show. I was going to check today to see what the regular time was that it came on but I forgot. Which one did you go to highschool with?

Peter Wong. He went to Island Trees HS in Levittown. Still has the same haircut too, just cut the mullet back.
I'm thinking though that that guy Denis might get a call from me if he doesn't win! I've been looking for a handyman. It's funny, I watched the door hanging part with interest - it's one of the things I need done. 
I'm wondering too how the heck they can sustain a few more weeks with all the people they're dropping!

ahh ok! I was watching that too, I need one done and I was trying to figure out if DH can do it. I think not. Is the regular time Sun at 9?

Yup, Sunday at 9. It clashed with True Blood so we've been DVR'ing it. DH now wants to watch that new HBO thing with Steve Buschemi so we'll continue to DVR I guess.
I'm definitely learning a lot about this stuff from watching! Hanging drywall doesn't look that hard to me anymore. Hanging a window or door though...
