Long time, no chat. Back to work and my sleeping newborn doesn't sleep anymore. HELP ME GOD
I haven't slept in one week.
So he has learned to roll back to belly. It wakes him up. He also "spins" in the crib, meaning if I put him down head-foot, I find him foot head or perpendicular to the crib. He used to sleep from 6pm-midnight, bottle, midnight til 7am, but now wakes up at 4am and wants to stay up
I think he rolls, unswaddles himself, whatever and then is up for the night. I put him in a sleep positioner and found he SOMEHOW managed to un velcro the side bumper thing and try and eat it. HE IS 3 MONTHS OLD
Please help me

I have no advice but, my DS started doing the same thing - right when I started back to work (he doesn't roll yet but, he turns and unswaddles himself and doesn't want to go back down in his crib anytime he wakes up after midnight).
