Look at this doll from spain...
BFing doll
Not sure how I feel about this, I do think it's a bit strange for young children...
I BF'd so I have no problem with that, but for a little girl to play BFing, not sure how I feel about that

I didn't see it the other day!
That is um, strange.
On the one hand- I feel it's ok to have children exposed to it-- I think we, especially americans are too shy and modest about it. Which in turn makes it hard when we have to feed our babies in public.
On the other hand-- INAPPROPRIATE for a baby to "suck" on a child's nipple.
Didn't they focus group this stuff??

Dude... its from Spain, Ironically enough I'm from there.. they're "focus group" stuff, if they even do it is probably very different. It's probably not weird to them 90% of women in Spain BF... While I'm all for imaginative play and "role playing" I don't this fake boob this is necessary. Its perfectly natural for both boys and girls to "feed" their babies and pretend to BF...

yes-- it wouldn't bother me if a little girl (or boy) sees this everywhere and pretends to do it with a generic baby dolll. But, the special attachment halter bra-top crosses a line. But, this toy will never be marketed here. I can see the torches and pitchforks now!!
