Look what I got in the mail today
I'm such an idiot 
$50 down the drain, thats my car on the right, see the moron that I am driving through a red light, following another moron. Need to hide this from DH. I cant believe I only got it today being the date of the incident was 8/24

I asked my mother to write a check out of her book so DH wont question why there is a check to the dept of finance

I don't want you to take this the wrong way--but I'd like to share a little advice with you, if I may: DON'T hide this from your DH. I watched my DH's parents divorce because there were too many secrets between them. Every time I turned around, MIL was saying something like "PLEASE don't tell your Dad about this, I don't want him to get upset". But I can promise that this will catch up to you.
JMHO. Your DH is most likely your best friend, and you should be able to tell him anything. That's what partners do, right? Don't keep this from him. If not now, it'll come out somehow, and I've seen that the lie is always worse than the actual offense. Again, JMO.

Honestly the only reason I didnt tell him about it is because he doesnt like the way I drive in the first place, I dont want to hear "I told you so".
DH is my best friend and like a best friend he likes to pick on me (playfully) I dont want to give him any ammunition.
I'll tell him eventually

I have an even better one. We were newlyweds for about 3 weeks and were leaving NY to move to Pensacola. We had walkie talkies and the game plan was to just take 1-95S well there was traffic so we cut some wacky way in DE and well he was angry about the traffic so early in the trip and totally was going thru a yellow light and I have no clue where he was going so I went also blowing a slight red by a second or so...
So needless to say it was hilarious when the ticket went to my parents house because it showed both of us and captured the moment so perfectly.
Sorry about the ticket! Hope WDW was magical!

Oooh, they are all OVER SI, and I know I've blown the one on Victory by CSI (we lived on Willowbrook last year) but we never got any tickets.
I'd just pay it and tell DH to bite you, when he is perfect then he can tease

My Hubby just got one from 8/24 as well.. they must send them all out at once.
Sad part is- he is a cop- should know better- but he was late for work. So if he would have gotten pulled over for running the light- most likely the cop would have let him off..
Annyoing- but it's not considered a moving violation- since there is no way of knowing who was driving your car at the time- so at least it won't add any points to your licensce....
