I just listed a 3 BR rental apartment (LIF member is the landlord). Not sure if you would consider a 3 bedroom. It's $2000 a month, includes heat, water, cable (tenant pays 60% of electric).

It's a beautiful apartment - Washer/dryer in unit, large eik with stainless steel appliances and granite, a dining room with sliders to a private outdoor deck, attic storage, private entrance, tenant has their own thermostat, driveway parking spot.

The apartment is in south Lindenhurst. It's the top of a hi ranch style home.

No pets, no smoking.
