Looking for....
a can't put the book down read.
I've read Hunger Games, Outlander series, 50 Shades, Black Bother Daggerhood, a few chick lit books.
I am looking for a knock your socks off read. Any suggestions? I have missed reading so much due to college & I can't back into it.

Re: Looking for....
Have you read The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Series? Aside from Hunger Games, this is the best read I've had in a long time.
There's also an author, Camilla Lackberg, another Swedish crime novelist who's writing is comparable to Stieg Larsson. I've only read two of her series, and out of order to boot, but I enjoyed them.
Also, I find anything by Jen Lancaster to be hilarious and entertaining.
ETA: Also, Kelley Armstrong's Women of the Other World series. It starts off with Bitten, which wasn't the best book, but they get progressively better as they go along. The first three books are about werewolves and then they go on from there to deal with witches, wizards, vampires, necromancers, demons, and everything else under the sun. Definitely an underrated series.

Re: Looking for....
Try the Bronze Horseman series, by Paullina Simons. Trust me... if you like Hunger Games, Outlander, and some awesome sex scenes, give it a shot. It's a trilogy and parts are very sad, but it is amazingly written and just a very good read.
Game of Thrones, by George R.R. Martin, is INCREDIBLE as well.

Re: Looking for....
I really enjoyed Divergent (similar to Hungry Games, but not really).
Also working my way through Susan Carroll's The Dark Queen series. It's historical romance/fiction. Involves witches.

Re: Looking for....
I loved Graceling and Fire, both by Kristen Cashore. Graceling comes first. They are sort of part of a series. She'sworking on the 3rd one. If you liked hunger Games, I think you will like it.

Re: Looking for....
I Agree with the Millenium Trilogy (The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, etc) But I must warn that the first book is hard to get into for some. There's a lot of exposition regarding politics in the beginning and I know a lot of people who either gave up or had to be prodded to get through it. However, i loved the series!

This was a good series as well. I felt it was really wordy though and hard to get through. But I did enjoy it regardless. The first book of the 3 was my favorite.
