looking for a good cookbook
that has yummy but healthy recipes for the family, including the kids.

America's Test Kitchen cookbook This one for sure! I bought it for MIL last christmas and tried out a recipe or two before I wrapped it. I ended up getting it for myself and love it. It has everything from one skillet meals to a whole section on thanksgiving recipes and every recipe I've tried has been excellent.

1000 Easy Recipes and Great Easy Meals from Food Network are really good cookbooks. Every recipe I've ever made from Food Network's books, magazine, or site is delicious. And I like that these recipes are quick and easy because some days I just don't have to time for a complicated recipe.
