TITLE: Marketing Manager, Graduate Programs, Nassau County

REPORTS TO: Marketing Director

LOCATION: Garden City



Purpose of the Job:

To develop and execute local marketing activities



Responsibilities:

• Review marketing plans with Marketing Director.

• Develop schedule of marketing activities.

• Make presentations on school campuses; conduct sales and informational seminars.

• Build relationships with faculty, students and advisors.

• Attend events, fairs, and forums.

• Hire, train, and supervise student representatives.

• Identify new activities to promote growth in the area, and develop programs to counter competitive activity.





Position Requirements and/or Skills Required:

• Bachelors Degree

• 2+ years experience as a Marketing Coordinator or comparable work experience

• Leadership, entrepreneurial, and team motivation skills

• Excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills

• Organizational and planning skills

• Good problem solving and creative thinking skills

• High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

• Prior sales experience preferred

• Ability to travel within the region
