Looking for a mortgage/lender????
Does anyone know a good lender? I would prefer a direct lender - no brokers.

DH is a manager for Wamu and can put you in touch with their mortgage guy. You can FM him through the Families Helping Families board or through their link on the business directory. They are a vendor.

FM me and I'll share our mortgage guy's name who works for HSBC bank. This is where we got preapproved and doing all of our mortgage paperwork thru.
