Looking for a nanny to come to home-how did you find one?

I am trying to look at different options for my baby who is 2 months old. How did you find a nanny?

My co-worker found hers on craigslist. Later she got rid of her because of a series of issues. She's recently gone the au pair route which seems to be working out very well.

My mom is watching a baby now - the person found her through me - a friend of a friend's neighbor.

I know other people who found their nannies by stealing them from daycares. that usually pays when it's 2 or more children.
