looking for a sling recommendation
anyone have one they love? I already have a baby carrier but i heard slings can make BFing in public more discreet. if you love yours can you tell me where you got it from? TIA!

I got mine from sleepingbaby.net -- she's a WAHM who sews them all herself. Check out thebabywearer.com or attachedtobaby.com for more brands.

i have a mei tai (not too good for nursing), hot sling ok for nursing, ella roo ring sling (great for nursing), Ella Roo wrap (great for long "trips")

I love it. I carried Kara around in it in the parks at disney last week when she didn't want to be in the stoller. I told my husband it was a godsend. She slept for 2 hours in it in the parks.

I think that an adjustable, ring sling style would be better for nursing. I have a hot sling, which doesn't adjust, and I cannot find a discrete way to nurse in it.

I have a hotsling and I can't imagine it being any easier to nurse with unless I'm sitting in the same position I'd be sitting in anyway (if I wasnt wearing it)
My baby isn't crazy about it...he likes the bjorn much better and I can nurse in that while standing!!!

I have an ergo and watched a video on their website on how to do it. It looks simple, but I haven't tried it yet.

I love the Maya Wrap ring sling for BFing. I also have a peanut shell sling, but BFing in it is a little more tricky.
