Looking for black lab puppy
After lots of discussion, DH has finally agreed to get a black lab puppy. I grew up with one and would love to get one now. DH would love nothing more than to have a pit bull (his friend has 2 wonderful ones) but it is not the right dog for me. Anyway, if anyone knows of any listings around here, for a lab pup please let me know. We definitely want to adopt and I will be looking at petfinder. We would love a young puppy. TIA!

We got our black lab from http://www.labs4rescue.com/ . They were awesome people to work with and we are so happy with Darlee

Do a search with your zip code...it should show only the places near you.

Some places will ship dogs, I know Hav Rescue will after a local volunteer does a home visit. Good luck and keep us posted

There are THOUSANDS on petfinder.com
You can search by age (put in baby), area and breed.
Good luck.... petfinder is how we found our baby Bailey!!
